About the event
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are 'bathed' in sound waves through the use of deeply resonant acoustic instruments like singing bowls and gongs.
Upon arrival, you will park at the top of the property. Next, you will be directed down a dirt path, across a bridge and into a meadow.

General Admission is $33
For general admission please bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket. We also recommend bringing a flashlight as it will be dark when we end.

A BioMat is a therapeutic mat that uses a combination of infrared heat, negative ions, and amethyst crystals to promote relaxation, circulation, and healing. These are placed on a curved mat and a raised cot, adjacent to the stage. Heat is always optional but usually preferred. This option is made with sheets and a blanket, no need to bring anything extra!
