As a token of gratitude to our amazing community, we’re offering a FREE 30-minute gentle yoga flow at 6:00 PM sharp. 🧘♀️ Led by the wonderful Sara, this practice will prepare your body and mind for even deeper relaxation during the sound bath.

About the event
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are 'bathed' in sound waves through the use of deeply resonant acoustic instruments like singing bowls and gongs.
Upon arrival, you will park at the top of the property. Next, you will be directed down a dirt path, across a bridge and into a meadow.

General Admission is $33
For general admission please bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket. We also recommend bringing a flashlight as it will be dark when we end.
