About the event
We'll begin with a short talk and group intention setting, creating a supportive environment where men can speak openly, listen deeply, and lift each other up. There's something transformative about spending time with grounded, heart-centered men—and knowing you're not alone on the journey.
Following our discussion, Matt will guide a full hour-long sound bath using gongs, crystal bowls, rain sticks, and other vibrational tools to help release stress, recalibrate your nervous system, and deepen your connection to self and purpose. Whether you're looking to reset, realign, or simply breathe with other men who are doing the work, this two-hour experience is for you. Come as you are. Leave more centered, clear, and connected.
