About the event
Start your day with a morning of deep healing and renewal. This special session has the option to start or end your experience with small group (limited to 5) session of energy healing and Reiki led by Master Reiki Healer Lynn Bachus, creating a calm, balanced foundation. Depending on what you select when booking, before or after your Reiki session, Matt will guide you through a one-hour immersive sound bath designed to relax the body, clear the mind, and uplift the spirit. A perfect blend of energy work and sound therapy to help you reset and realign. If you are pressed for time or still Reiki curious, you can attend just the sound bath where Lynn will be walking around the area and providing a bit of Reiki to everyone. If you do not want any Reiki - no problem, just let one of us know!

Sound Bath + Heated BioMat
A BioMat is a therapeutic mat that uses a combination of infrared heat, negative ions, and amethyst crystals to promote relaxation, circulation, and healing. These are placed on a curved mat and a raised cot, adjacent to the stage. Heat is always optional but usually preferred. This option is made with sheets and a blanket, no need to bring anything extra!
