A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are 'bathed' in sound waves through the use of deeply resonant acoustic instruments like singing bowls and gongs.
Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath at Odyssey Winery, scheduled for November 22, 2025, beginning at 7:30 PM at 6237 Cohasset Road, Chico, CA. This special event combines the soothing aesthetics of the venue with the option to purchase wine prior to the sound bath, for a divine pairing of wine and wellness. The sound bath is a transformative one-hour session in the winery's event space. Make sure to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow. Arrive early to enjoy the stunning ambiance and a glass of wine, with tickets for the sound bath and wine purchases sold separately.
