About the event
The Sacral session focuses on your relationship with emotions, creativity, and flow. This is about how you process and move through what you feel. If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or a little numb, this session helps create space so things can start moving again—more ease, more openness.
This might be for you if you’ve been feeling blocked emotionally, disconnected from yourself, or like things just aren’t flowing the way they used to.
This might be for you if you’ve been feeling on edge, having trouble relaxing, or like your body just can’t fully settle.
Upon arrival, you will park at the top of the property. Next, you will be directed down a dirt path, across a bridge and into a meadow.
