WHAT TO EXPECT
Our outdoor sound journeys are an opportunity to slow down, unplug, and experience sound surrounded by the beauty of nature. Matt will guide you through an immersive experience with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other instruments.
Simply settle in, close your eyes, and listen as layers of sound blend with the open sky, changing light, birds, breeze, and sounds of the surrounding landscape. There’s nothing you need to do—just rest, receive, and experience the space around you.
ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE
When you arrive, you’ll park at the top of the property and take a short walk down a dirt path (approximately 300 feet), across the bridge, and into the meadow.

Bring your own yoga mat
These are spots directly on the sand next to the stage. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and anything else that will make you comfortable!

A flat swing supported by a metal triangle base. Please bring a blanket and pillow to allow for maximum comfort!

Zero Gravity Chairs are placed on the sand and allow you to recline during the sound bath! Please bring a blanket.
